1、服務(wù)響應(yīng)時(shí)間:模型維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)由模型公司售后服務(wù)部負(fù)責(zé),售后服務(wù)部對(duì)模型維護(hù)除塵,設(shè)施、設(shè)備更新、更換、故障排除等,進(jìn)行人員調(diào)配與技術(shù)支持。不影響模型的正常展出、展示。公司將以熱情的態(tài)度,好的技術(shù),快捷的響應(yīng),隨時(shí)為模型提供維修、養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)咨詢及技術(shù)服務(wù)。

2、除塵:每季度,模型公司將對(duì)該項(xiàng)目模型進(jìn)行一次多面檢測(cè),除塵,對(duì)模型單體與局部,綠化與環(huán)境,光、電、水等系統(tǒng)有可能存在問題的部件、部分進(jìn)行維修、更換與調(diào)整。對(duì)相關(guān)模型單體與局部,光、電、景觀綠化等部件迅捷進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)維修、更新和更換。

3、技術(shù)支持:為便于模型的維護(hù)更換和保養(yǎng),以及模型的運(yùn)輸和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安裝,采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),將光、電系統(tǒng)集成在各模塊中,通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化接口和分號(hào)線與模型骨架相連,這樣在更換某模塊時(shí)不影響其他部分的光、電設(shè)施的運(yùn)行。

公司對(duì)模型提供(維護(hù)一年)服務(wù),終身保養(yǎng),以合同確定的保修時(shí)限為準(zhǔn),提供及時(shí)的除塵、更新、壞損設(shè)備的更換。本公司負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行維護(hù),保修期滿后,本模型在正常使用下可保證長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的有關(guān)備件、材料。

根據(jù)展出的需要,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行定期的局部更新、保證將新的項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)成就反映出來,模型驗(yàn)收合格后如需局部更新、調(diào)整,我公司以成本價(jià)按實(shí)計(jì)算。

5、服務(wù)人員:相關(guān)技術(shù)人員到模型所在地進(jìn)行維護(hù):包括動(dòng)態(tài)、燈光維修、清潔工作、或因參觀者損壞進(jìn)行的維修.并不影響模型的正常展出,同時(shí)進(jìn)行維修記錄,以防再次發(fā)生。
